FREE TORONTO HOME DELIVERY
Our Free Toronto delivery program is available for orders over $50 delivered Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made by Left Field team members and delivery can be expected at any time between the hours of 11am and 7pm. This delivery window is the most accurate that we are able to guarantee at this time. We are not able to provide anything more narrow within this delivery window.
How do I order beer for free Toronto Home Delivery Monday to Friday?
Add $50 worth of beer to your cart and select HOME DELIVERY for M1-M9 postal codes at check-out.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Your order will be delivered on the date listed during the checkout process upon selecting the “TORONTO HOME DELIVERY” option. Due to the high number of deliveries and routes, the delivery window of 11am to 7pm is the only one that we can accurately provide.
I live in an apartment/condo, will you deliver to my door?
If you live in a high-rise, your driver will text upon arrival, so please keep your phone nearby. They will only be able to wait 5 minutes before heading to their next stop. We are not entering any condo or apartment buildings at this time, you will need to collect your beer at ground level. We cannot leave beer with your concierge.
What if I miss my order delivery?
After the first missed attempt, you will be contacted within one business day with your new delivery date. One additional delivery will be scheduled and attempted before we hold on to your beer for 7 days. At this point, it will be available for collection only from the brewery.
We are unable to accommodate specific delivery date requests at this time.
Can someone else accept my order on my behalf? (i.e. housemate, roommate, partner)
Yes. The person accepting the delivery on your behalf must be 19+ and our delivery team member must be able to see them (through a window is fine). Please note that we will request ID from recipients who appear under 25 years of age.
Can I choose a different delivery date or request a specific pick-up window?
Due to the current influx of orders, we cannot offer alternative delivery dates at this time and are only able to fulfill deliveries based on the delivery date confirmed at the time of purchase.
I have a gift certificate. Can I use it online?
Left Field gift cards can only be used for purchases at the brewery. As our Tap Room and Bottle Shop are presently closed gift cards will not be accepted at this time.
We have made the decision to put gift card purchase + redemption on pause until we are back up and running at our usual capacity. Our aim is to limit touching with this area of the business.
One or more of my order items was missing or damaged - what do I do?
While we aim for consistency and accuracy, we assemble all shipments in house, by hand. Given the human element of our business, mistakes can happen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this could cause.

Can I bring back my 4-pack or 6-pack snaps?
You may bring these back to the brewery for re-use! Please be advised that drivers cannot collect these from your homes if you're placing an order for home delivery. You may return them in store only at this time.
SHIPPING VIA CANADA POST
For orders outside of Toronto, we offer $10 flat rate shipping with delivery via Canada Post for orders over $50. Due to Covid-19, Canada Post’s current delivery policy is that carriers will NOT attempt delivery on age-verified or signature-required deliveries - such as beer. All deliveries that require age verification are automatically routed to a Canada Post outlet for pick-up.
If you cannot leave your home, we do not recommend this option, and would prefer you remain safe at home.
Flat rate $10 shipping for orders of $50 or more applies to a maximum of 32 cans, so if you selected more than 32 cans, firstly, thank you for your purchase! We will be in touch shortly to arrange for the additional shipping charges with you.
