What should I know about shipping?
Due to provincial regulations, we can only ship beer within Ontario. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service. Valid 19+ government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery.
Orders for beer to be shipped out of province will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

A shipping box holds 9 bottles or 18 cans. To mix and match, remember that each spot in the box can hold either 1 bottle or 2 cans. Orders that exceed the 9 box spaces are subject to additional shipping charges.
I’d like to order more than 9 bottles or 18 cans (or combination that exceeds 9 box spaces). How much will shipping cost?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. If you’ve already placed your order, no problem! We’ll email you automatically with the additional shipping invoice within one business day. Your order will ship one business day after the invoice is paid.
Can I add glassware, apparel or other fan gear to my purchase?
Absolutely! Additional shipping fees may apply if the 9 bottle spaces are exceeded with your combination of beer and merchandise. If you have questions about any specific combinations of bottles, cans and merchandise, please contact us at email@example.com before ordering.
Can I order online for pick up at the brewery?
Due to space and storage constraints, we cannot hold online orders at the brewery for pick-up. All online orders will ship via Canada Post upon receipt.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will ship out on the next business day after they are received. Most will arrive at your home or office within 1-3 business days.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do! We ship to any address in Ontario.
What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
Due to the 19+ age verification requirement associated with shipping beer, your Canada Post delivery person will leave a card with instructions for picking up your beer at your local Canada Post outlet. The same applies for PO Box deliveries.
Can I send beer to someone as a gift?
Well aren’t you thoughtful! If this special someone has an Ontario address and is able to present valid government-issued ID upon delivery, no problem. Be sure to include their name and address as the shipping address upon checkout and include your own name and address as the billing address.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we will be processing your order and sending your beer to you as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been received.
Apparel, glassware and fan gear may be returned in person to the brewery at 36 Wagstaff Drive for exchange only within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not offer store credits.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit us in person at 36 Wagstaff Drive Toronto, Ontario, M4L 3W9. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on beer for any reason.
