Delivery Ground Rules

DO! Have your phone ready. You will receive text messages about the status of your delivery. 

DON’T! Ask us to leave your beer with a minor. Beer must be received by any 19+ adult.

DO! If you live in a high-rise, be sure to meet our delivery team at ground level to accept your beer. We cannot leave your beer with a concierge.

DON’T! Ask us to leave you beer on the porch or tucked behind a shrub- we cannot leave your beer unattended so please make sure you will be home during your delivery window.

DO! Adhere to social distancing guidelines. If you have a mask handy at the door, that would be really cool. If not, a wave through the window works too!

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Your order will be delivered on the date listed during the checkout process.
You will receive a text message with your delivery window in the morning. The delivery window is subject to change throughout the day and you will be notified if it does.

I live in an apartment/condo, will you deliver to my door?
If you live in a high-rise, your driver will contact you upon arrival, so please keep your phone nearby. They will only be able to wait 5 minutes before heading to their next stop. We are not entering any condo or apartment buildings at this time, you will need to collect your beer at ground level. We are unable to leave beer with your concierge.

What if I miss my order delivery?
After the first missed attempt, you will be contacted by a Left Field representative. We will do our best to provide one additional delivery attempt where possible and if unsuccessful, we will hold your order at the brewery for pick-up for 7 days after which time it will be refunded and re-stocked. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Can someone else accept my order on my behalf? (i.e. housemate, roommate, partner)
Yes. The person accepting the delivery on your behalf must be 19+ and our delivery team member must be able to see them (through a window is fine). Please note that we will request ID from recipients who appear under 25 years of age.

Can I choose a different delivery date or request a specific pick-up window?
We cannot offer alternative delivery dates at this time and are only able to fulfill deliveries based on the delivery date confirmed at the time of purchase.

 

One or more of my order items was missing or damaged - what do I do?
While we aim for consistency and accuracy, we assemble all shipments in house, by hand. Given the human element of our business, mistakes can happen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this could cause.

In the event that your order is incorrect or damaged, please send us a message at hello@leftfieldbrewery.ca with a phone number that is best to reach you, and one of our team members will be in touch.

Can I bring back my 4-pack or 6-pack snaps?
You may bring these back to the brewery for re-use.

I would like to place an order for pickup, is that possible?
Absolutely! Create your order at fanshop.leftfieldbrewery.ca, select ‘Local Pick-Up’ as the shipping option and complete the checkout process.  Head to the brewery to pick-up your order once you receive email confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up.

SHIPPING VIA CANADA POST
For orders over $50 before taxes to addresses outside Toronto and within Ontario, we offer $10 flat rate shipping per box with delivery via Canada Post. Orders will ship within 2 business days of purchase. Orders outside Ontario subject to additional shipping charges beyond what is calculated at check-out.  

If I select Canada Post shipping at the time of checkout, how many cans and bottles fit into one box?
We pack all cans and bottles in-house, by hand. A shipping box holds a maximum of six (6) 4-packs. Due to the fragile nature of packing and shipping bottles, orders that contain bottles may be subject to additional shipping charges.
