FREE HOME DELIVERY
Our Free Toronto delivery program is available for orders over $45 (before tax), Monday through Friday. Deliveries are made by Left Field team members and delivery can be expected between the hours of 11am and 6pm. This delivery window is the most accurate that we are able to guarantee at this time. We are not able to provide anything more narrow within this delivery window.
Delivering your beer safely is our top priority. Want to know what makes our home delivery drivers smile?
DO! Have your phone ready. Our drivers will call or text on arrival.
DON’T! Ask us to leave your beer with a minor. Beer must be received by any 19+ adult.
DO! If you live in a high-rise, be sure to meet our delivery team at ground level to accept your beer. We cannot leave your beer with a concierge.
DON’T! Ask us to leave you beer on the porch or tucked behind a shrub- we cannot leave your beer unattended so please make sure you will be home during your delivery window.
DO! Adhere to social distancing guidelines. If you have a mask handy at the door, that would be really cool. If not, a wave through the window works too!

How do I order beer for free Home Delivery?
Add $45 (before tax) worth of beer to your cart and select HOME DELIVERY for any M Postal Code in Toronto and select other markets at check-out.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Your order will be delivered on the date listed during the checkout process upon selecting the Free Home Delivery option for your city at checkout. Due to the high number of deliveries and routes, the delivery window listed at checkout and in your confirmation email (either 11am - 5pm or 11am - 6pm) is the only one that we can accurately provide.
I live in an apartment/condo, will you deliver to my door?
If you live in a high-rise, your driver will text upon arrival, so please keep your phone nearby. They will only be able to wait 5 minutes before heading to their next stop. We are not entering any condo or apartment buildings at this time, you will need to collect your beer at ground level. We cannot leave beer with your concierge.
What if I miss my order delivery?
For Toronto deliveries, after the first missed attempt, you will be contacted within one business day with your new delivery date. One additional delivery will be scheduled and attempted before we hold on to your beer for 7 days. At this point, it will be available for collection only from the brewery.
For other cities, we will hold your beer for 7 days at the brewery for pick-up before refunding the order.
We are unable to accommodate specific delivery date requests or time requests at this time.
Can someone else accept my order on my behalf? (i.e. housemate, roommate, partner)
Yes. The person accepting the delivery on your behalf must be 19+ and our delivery team member must be able to see them (through a window is fine). Please note that we will request ID from recipients who appear under 25 years of age.
Can I choose a different delivery date or request a specific pick-up window?
We cannot offer alternative delivery dates at this time and are only able to fulfill deliveries based on the delivery date confirmed at the time of purchase.
I have a gift certificate. Can I use it online?
Gift cards are now cross platform and can be purchased and redeemed both online and in-store.
Gift cards delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
You will only receive a plastic gift card when you purchase at the brewery. If you are purchasing your gift card online, your unique barcode will reach you by email.
One or more of my order items was missing or damaged - what do I do?
While we aim for consistency and accuracy, we assemble all shipments in house, by hand. Given the human element of our business, mistakes can happen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this could cause.
In the event that your order is incorrect or damaged, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org with a phone number that is best to reach you, and one of our team members will be in touch shortly with options.
Can I bring back my 4-pack or 6-pack snaps?
You may bring these back to the brewery for re-use! Please be advised that drivers cannot collect these from your homes if you're placing an order for home delivery. You may return them in store only at this time.
I would like to place an order for pickup, is that possible?
1. Create your order at fanshop.leftfieldbrewery.ca, select ‘Local Pick-Up’ as the shipping option and complete the checkout process
2. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up
3. Head to the brewery to pick-up your order!
4. Please bring a mask as you will have to pick up your beer inside the brewery - we will not be bringing orders out to vehicles
5. Limit of 3 customers in the brewery at a time, please wait in the line if there is one
6. Please stand on the closest available marker, when you get to the counter let the team know you are picking up an order
7. Sanitize your hands upon entry and before exit, and follow all posted signage and physical distancing guidelines
8. If you are unable to enter the brewery for any reason, including not being able to wear a mask, please call 647-346-5001 when you arrive and we will bring your order outside. We are not loading orders into vehicles at this time.
SHIPPING VIA CANADA POST
For orders outside of Toronto, we offer $10 flat rate shipping with delivery via Canada Post for orders over $50. Due to Covid-19, Canada Post’s current delivery policy is that carriers will NOT attempt delivery on age-verified or signature-required deliveries - such as beer. All deliveries that require age verification are automatically routed to a Canada Post outlet for pick-up.
If you cannot leave your home, we do not recommend this option, and would prefer you remain safe at home.
$10 shipping applies on orders of $50 or more before tax.
If I select Canada Post shipping at the time of checkout, how many cans and bottles fit into one box?
We pack all bottles in-house, by hand. A shipping box holds a maximum of five (5) 4-packs, or nine (9) bottles. To mix and match, remember that each spot in the box can hold either 1 bottle or 2 cans. Due to the fragile nature of packing and shipping bottles, orders that exceed the 9 box spaces are subject to additional shipping charges which are calculated at the time of check out.
