Delivery Ground Rules

DO! Have your cell phone ready. You will receive text messages about the status of your delivery. 

DON’T! Ask us to leave your beer with a minor. Beer must be received by any 19+ adult.

DO! If you live in a high-rise, be sure to meet our delivery team at ground level to accept your beer. We cannot leave your beer with a concierge.

DON’T! Ask us to leave you beer on the porch or tucked behind a shrub - legally, we cannot leave your beer unattended so please make sure you will be home during your delivery window.


When can I expect delivery of my order?

If delivered by the Left Field Team, your order will be delivered on the date listed during the checkout process, which is usually the next business day. You will receive a text message with your delivery window in the morning. The delivery window is subject to change throughout the day and you will be notified through text if it does. 

If delivered by Small Batch Dispatch, your order will be packed and shipped within 3 business days and delivered on the next available Small Batch delivery date, provided at checkout. These delivery dates are an estimation and not guaranteed. You will receive an email on the morning of your delivery with a delivery window for that day. If you did not receive a morning email, that means your delivery is likely to be scheduled on the next available Small Batch date that was provided at checkout.

If delivered by Canada Post, your order will be packed and shipped within 3 business dates and delivered based on Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery standards. You will be provided with an emailed Canada Post tracking number once the order has been fulfilled. 

Delivery dates often change around public holidays.

I live in an apartment/condo, will you deliver to my door?
If you live in a high-rise, your driver will contact you upon arrival, so please keep your phone nearby. They will only be able to wait 5 minutes before heading to their next stop. We do not enter any condo or apartment buildings and you are required to collect your beer at ground level. We are unable to leave beer with your concierge.

What if I miss my order delivery?
If your delivery is made by Left Field Brewery team members (this excludes routes serviced by Canada Post and Small Batch Dispatch), after the first missed attempt, we will provide one additional delivery attempt where possible. If unsuccessful, we will hold your order at the brewery for pick-up for 7 days after which time it will be refunded and re-stocked. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Can someone else accept my order on my behalf? (i.e. housemate, roommate, partner)
Yes. The person accepting the delivery on your behalf must be 19+ and our delivery team member must be able to see them. Please note that we will request ID from recipients who appear under 25 years of age.

Can I choose a different delivery date or request a specific pick-up window?
We are a very small team and due to limited capacity, we are unable to offer alternative delivery dates or times. We can only fulfill deliveries based on the delivery date confirmed at the time of purchase.

One or more of my order items was missing or damaged - what do I do?
While we aim for consistency and accuracy, we assemble all shipments in house, by hand. Given the human element of our business, mistakes can happen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this could cause.

In the event that your order is incorrect or damaged, please send us a message at with a phone number that is best to reach you, and one of our team members will be in touch.

Can I bring back my 4-pack or 6-pack snaps?
You may bring these back to the brewery for re-use.

I would like to place an order for pickup, is that possible?
We no longer offer local pick-up as an option via the Online Fan Shop. If you are nearby, please head to the Leslieville or Liberty Village Cold Beer Store at our breweries to shop directly from the fridge - there isn't usually much of a wait. Hope to see you there! 

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
We are unfortunately unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes 

We offer flat rate shipping for $15 per case. A case contains between 24 - 36 cans. For orders under one case, Canada Post Expedited rates apply. Orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase. Orders outside Ontario are subject to additional shipping charges beyond what is calculated at check-out.
