Good news - we have some improvements coming soon to the Fan Club membership experience! This includes a new member portal with improved access to your points, rewards and account information. 

As we finalize these system upgrades, please allow  up to one week for points to be visible on your account for any purchases made online. 

Redemption of points will be unavailable in the online Fan Shop until late October or early November, and we will email you when points redemption resumes.

Don’t worry - your current points and rewards balance and value will remain unchanged and you will continue to earn points every time you shop.

Members - check your email (including spam and promotions folders) prompting you to create a new password for your account. Be sure to use the same email address when creating your new account that you've used to shop online with us in the past.
