A light and fruity mixed fermentation, this unique hybrid wine-beer has blackcurrant on the nose with flavours of black cherry, baking spice, raspberry jam and vanilla from its time ageing in our oak foeders. Brewed with nearly 500 litres of Cabernet Sauvignon grape juice, Fleet Street Flats finishes dry thanks to the grape tannins, with no hop bitterness.
