French Saison with Brett
Inspired by Cardines Field, one of the oldest ballparks in North America, this complex saison was aged in our oak foeders for 7 months on Brettanomyces. The result is a crisp, effervescent saison, popping with honeysuckle aromatics and an array of fruity, oaky flavours.
Your beer cellar will thank you! While we typically encourage fresh consumption of our beer, this release is bottle conditioned and 9% ABV which makes it perfect for aging!
